Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within two weeks of the tour date: Full payment is required.

Cancellations within one week of the tour date: 50% payment is required.

Tours in inclement weather: Tours will proceed as scheduled unless the conditions are deemed unsafe.
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure: In the event the experience must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, health emergencies, or natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel the experience without penalty. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Reservation Changes:
Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 15 days in advance of the experience start date. Changes to the reservation may incur additional costs, depending on availability and the requested variation.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the experience and will be made through the original payment method.
Payment Methods:
• Payment in advance: For payment in advance, we use the secure payment system provided by PayPal. Upon receiving client confirmation for prepayment for the tour, we will issue a PayPal invoice for the total cost of the tour with an additional 5% to cover the PayPal service fees.
• Payment in cash: The tour is payable in cash on the day at the conclusion of the tour directly to your guide. Please ensure you have the correct amount in currency (Euro) to cover the total cost of the tour. It cannot be relied upon to have an ATM at the finishing point of the tour. When paying cash to your guide, discretion is advised. Please designate one person in your group to handle the transaction.
